Frequency of verification should be at least monthly. Errors could result in violations and fines by regulatory agencies. These types of errors are not very likely and would have a minimal effect of the performance of the position. I recommend that the school institute a system of checks and balances to verify data on a regular basis. This position should help develop that system.
