Basic Job Functions:The District Technical Service Manager will provide technical support to District Sales Managers and Inside sales and Tech service teams at the plant to ensure that customer expectations are met. Other functions to be completed include:1. Review and respond to metallurgical/technical issues related to customer RFQs, complaints, and general questions with the necessary urgency.2. Collaborate with plant Technical Manager, Product Metallurgist, and production teammates to qualify new products (PPAPs).6. Prioritize and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback, product quality data, productivity goals and cost reduction targets.7.
