Responsibilities: Work with other Product Development, engineering & sales personnel to learn what is needed / required for the new products and or improve existing products for optimum design, wear, efficiency, and ease of maintenance characteristics.Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure a technically accurate and timely completion of new product designs and existing design improvements.Work with suppliers and internal manufacturing to provide technical support concerning new and modified product component designs.Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.Performs necessary engineering research, calculations, etc. to publish technical data that supports the product line.Possible visits to customers sites either with sales or on behalf of sales to provide product support or trouble shooting functions.Assists in the writing of product IOM manuals "how to" Engineering procedures as well as other Engineering documents.The individual may be required to travel both domestically and internationally at a frequency demanded by the project.Capable of using standard computer software tools such as Catia (3D parametric program experience) databases, spreadsheets, word Ensure Project Management principles are established/documented/followed and improved upon.Manage multiple projects at the same time.Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.Ability to get along with others and work in a team environment.Education: Bachelor's degree (B.
