DESCRIPTIONThe North American Reverse Logistics Programs Team is seeking an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to lead the development of BI solutions. You will lead the development of the ReLo Programs Team BI framework and capabilities. You will be responsible for aggregating data from existing sources as well as building and managing new pipelines and artifacts. This includes developing and distributing standard and ad-hoc reporting for various performance metrics. You will support the planning and analysis of complex projects, with the objective of identifying optimal test/pilot location sites, providing statistical evaluations (e.g., regression), and making recommendations for deployment. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and deployment of foundational structures to support a unified programs team. This includes processes and mechanisms that enable efficient, nimble, and transparent project governance, execution, and communication.The ideal candidate will be an adaptable, data-driven, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, complex environments.
