Perform Original Equipment Manufacturer Machine Tool Builder Site Acceptance Test and validation of process | equipment performance prior to equipment shipment. Support process \\ equipment commissioning at Factory site as required. Perform Factory Acceptance Test once process \\ equipment has been commissioned at the SE Factory and ensure all supplier contractual agreements are met. Ensure all appropriate process \\ equipment \\ project documentation is captured and stored in the appropriate digital system for knowledge retention. Collaborate with Global Deployment and Industrialization teams in the evolution of the technology applied and documented Best Available Techniques. Partner with Manufacturing Plants in the construction and evolution of the site technology roadmap that delivers technical productivity and supports profits & loss improvement on the product offers. Continuously improvement installed base of automation and test equipment used for assembly and testing of SE products in North America factories. Upgrade and replacement of legacy automation systems to current offers if the process architectures is sustainable and the investments drive solid financial payback. Provide direct troubleshooting support and training for local plant resources. Identify and implement improvement projects regarding various industrial manufacturing processes. The Quality Engineer is a critical role in our organization, responsible for supporting Dynisco's Quality Management System (QMS), driving improvements, and maintaining compliance throughout the organization.
