Teamwork - We are a team that needs each members' contribution to achieve our mission.RESPONSIBILITIES:Obtain working knowledge of ProLift heavy lift and specialty rigging equipment in order to provide solutions to customer needs.Function as the lead designer of new tools and equipment for the heavy lift and heavy transport industryDevelop fabrication drawings and perform design calculations according to company and industry standards.Develop load test plans and participate in field testing activities for newly designed equipment.Develop documentation for new and existing gear including specification sheets, operating instructions, maintenance requirements, test certificates, repair procedures, cost summaries, spare parts lists, etc.Perform field walk-down assessments of job sites to facilitate office layouts of jobs in Auto-CAD to perform heavy lifts/transports.Develop and ensure compliance with Engineering processes.Perform minor design calculations and develop details under the direction of a senior design engineer (from time to time)Function as field technical liaison for critical lifts - includes risk management functions and safety evaluations of projects.Provide project engineering support to contracted work as assigned by Manager.Develop, review, and update operational support material as needed. I.e.
