The Manager, Regional Sales Paragon is responsible for leading and directing all sales activities and results of all centers within the region. How you will make an impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Drives profitability at the regional level by effectively leading and managing sales staff and associated team members. Partners with senior leadership on sales cadence. Leads and manages sales team to promote the product portfolio for sales force, including focus on key initiatives. Develops business plan and implements regional business strategies to meet district and regional objectives. Monitors progress in meeting established objectives. Ensures that representatives understand marketing strategies and thoroughly communicate balanced product information. Assesses and reports competitive sales activities. Assists in the development and implementation of competitive sales strategies. Manages and controls expenses to maximize return on investment. Travels throughout region. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years sales and business development experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Strongly prefer experience in healthcare sales. 4 Years' experience sales leadership strongly preferred. Proven track record in launching new markets strongly preferred. Comfortable with high travel within a national footprint strongly preferred.
