Location: REMOTESalary: $50.00 USD Hourly - $55.00 USD HourlyDescription: Our client is currently seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager Job Title: Partnership Marketing ManagerDuties: As the Partnership Marketing Manager, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and CPI (Cost Per Install) partnerships to drive efficient and scalable customer growth. Your responsibilities will encompass strategy development, analysis, execution, and monitoring of performance-based partnership marketing programs and campaigns. You will work closely with key stakeholders across Product, Data Science, Supply, and Creative teams to create impactful partnerships that enhance brand and deliver strong ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong affiliate marketing and management experience, project management skills, and top-notch analytical abilities. This job will have the following responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end digital acquisition campaign performance, from strategy development to capturing business requirements, planning, delivery, execution, and reporting on performance metrics (CPA, CPI, etc.).Identify partnership opportunities that meet efficiency and scale requirements, create business proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, legal, and marketing to evaluate opportunities.Collaborate with Engineering to implement new partnerships and support ongoing ones.Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.Partner with Finance to forecast campaign performance across quarters. Qualifications & Requirements: 8+ years of relevant work experience at a large B2C company, preferably in the consumer internet space of travel, technology, or lifestyle.Extensive experience working closely with product, digital marketing, and data analytics functions.Proven track record with global affiliate campaigns that deliver significant scale and ROI.Experience with App Store Marketing and App Store Optimization is preferred.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, experience working with diverse cross-functional teams, and managing workflows involving multiple stakeholders.Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, collaborative environment and a continuous improvement mindset.Excellent written and oral communication skills, sharp analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex concepts. This is a 3+ month contract opening!Your responsibilities include driving the strategy, development, enhancement, and execution of social media marketing programs and campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, from strategy development to capturing business requirements, to planning, delivery, media buying and campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across Supply, Engineering, Legal and Creative to bring to life great marketing campaigns that tell the world about HotelTonight.The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong marketing experience, project management, social media and influencer campaign execution skills. In this role, you will be managing external agency partners. Responsibilities: Develop global marketing plans for greatest business and brand impact, in accordance with consumer understanding, seasonality, maximized organic media, community engagement, and brand health metrics. Collaborate across functions and markets,, to develop highly effective, creatively excellent social media marketing campaigns. Deep experience delivering social media marketing campaigns supported by brand, comms, media, and data strategy. A passion for creative excellence and craft in storytelling through social media.
