Lead as SharePoint Administrator for BCP Global Supply Chain Group supporting changes and enhancements. Support & govern VMI (vendor managed inventory) process compliance for BCP-US facilities monthly. Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships. What You Have (Basic Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in supply chain, data analytics/science, industrial engineering OR demonstrated progressive experience in directly related roles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and information across diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to creatively solve complex problems. Demonstrated ability to create clear and insightful visualizations to convey findings to stakeholders. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint (lists, libraries, and workflows). Intermediate experience in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Ability to plan, organize, monitor & control projects while demonstrating efficient use of resources and must possess skills to effectively lead supply chain improvements and other projects. Top Candidates Will Have : Strong understanding and previous experience using common supply chain principles (material replenishment tools and processes, supply chain planning analytical tools, material flow, ERP parameters, and throughput efficiency). Experience in deploying lean principals, six sigma, and value stream mapping. Cross functional working experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Logistics, and/or Procurement. Data analysis experience using SQL and/or Statistical Programming Languages. Strong customer focus demonstrating gathering voice of customer for project deliverables. Additional Info : Preferred location: Cary, NC. Secondary locations: Sanford or Clayton, NC. This person will need to be available at one of the three locations potentially each week depending on current project meetings. Domestic relocation is not available for this position.
