Coordinate with field managers and/or warehouse managers, to ensure seamless communication regarding packing lists. Update purchase orders, as necessary. Assist the Branch Accountants with ad hoc requests. Contact Suppliers or Shippers: If any discrepancies are identified, promptly communicate with project management, supplier, or shipper to ensure accuracy of goods received. Take necessary actions to resolve issues related to incorrect shipments. Maintain Accurate Records: Update inventory records promptly. Assist in project inventory control by tracking stock levels.
