We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant with the ability to thrive in our fast paced, growing organization. This individual must be able to identify and resolve problems both independently and as a part of a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization along with strong organizational and time management ability are required. POSITION PURPOSE:Performs complex and specialized tasks in the maintenance of financial and budgetary records. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners, and copiers. The position, at times, must be able to come into direct contact with school system staff students, parents, external agencies, vendors, and the community. Work is considered light physical work, requiring the exertion of up to ten pounds of force.
