SUMMARY: We are partnering with a dynamic, private equity-owned manufacturer that sets new standards in quality and performance for their industry. This role sits at the Corporate Accounting level and has exposure to a variety of accounting areas. The Senior Accountant will report to a great Director of Corporate Accounting who has been a longtime friend of the firm and takes a mentorship approach. The position will be involved with the month-end close which includes various reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, corporate consolidation, and intercompany accounting. They will also participate and support the Director when technical accounting issues arise and learn the complex A/R facility. The Senior Accountant will produce both the internal and external financial statements and provide the associated financial reporting. The Senior Accountant will also oversee managing a P&L and budget for one of the ten corporate departments.
