You will be responsible for leading design efforts and serving as the engineer of record for your discipline. This role is remote and you can be based anywhere in the USA.Role accountabilities: Self-motivated and team-oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team. Design for available capacity, redundancy, reliability, efficiency and safety, as well as constructability and cost. Knowledge of industry standards, building codes and safety standards such as ASHRAE, ASME, IECC, NFPA, NEC, NETA, ANSI, IEEE, UL, UFC, UBC as well as international standards such as IEC, CE, EN. Fluency in design and modelling software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM360, Revit, Elum Tools, SKM, ETAP, EDSA, Easy Power, Trane Trace). Ability to perform various system studies (thermal comfort, indoor air quality, humidity control, energy management, pipe stress, arc flash, load, short circuit, coordination).
