The hours will be 9:30PM - 6:00AM ( Sun. night - Thurs. night) As a Lockbox Image Specialistyou will be responsible for: Utilizing high-speed capture equipment, provides a high-quality image of all transactional information (checks and or supporting documents); performs required maintenance to ensure the equipment's' longevity; and follows all established safety guidelines. Images checks utilizing Pass I function and encode and review quality of encoding during Pass II function. Follow proper procedures to perform jam recovery, collect and distribute batches of work from processing floor, research and correct all rejects and missing items in timely fashion, and research all items that did not encode. Communicate to Workflow Coordinators the need for Data Entry. (Key from Image) and escalate issues to the lead or manager appropriately. Will also research and recapture any items that failed to capture properly during Pass I ensuring that corrections are returned to the workflow in a timely fashion and perform routine maintenance on transports including cleaning of sensors and all tracks and replace MICR ribbons, belts, fuzzy rollers as required. Other responsibilities include; performing daily shift start up maintenance and again half way through the shift, perform daily shift closing procedures by cleaning the machine and surrounding area, complete End of Day tray listings, verifying date, amounts and encoding, monitor and adhere to production deadlines, and perform other duties as assigned.
