Fundamental Mission: The Engineering Manager (Project Manager and/or EPC) shall be in charge of all project design validation for the FEL-Process. It involves all CAPEX projects above 1 M€ (medium and high complexity projects), as well as selected smaller projects when an engineering coordination and validation is required.
