The department collaborates with numerous Enterprise technical Subject Matter Experts across a spectrum of disciplines to deliver safe, industry standard, and cost-effective solutions for Enterprise projects. The department also provides company personnel access to a variety of custom developed applications including the Standards Portal Site, the Standards Selection Tool, Valve Specification Database, Piping Specification Database, and Waiver Application. The department performs quality system evaluations of valves, gaskets, flanges, and fittings manufacturers for addition to the Enterprise Approved Manufacturers' List (AML). In addition, the Standards Team can assist project teams and stakeholders regarding standards selection and interpretation of industry codes and standards. The Senior Standards & Specifications Engineer's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and maintain pipe and valve specifications for pipeline, refinery, power plant, and chemical plant construction.
