Assist in all aspects of roadway drainage design including bridge hydraulic studies, culvert design, closed drainage system design, post-construction water quality structures design, and erosion and sedimentation control. Prepare construction plans, project displays, cost estimates, reports and technical memos. Utilize various design software including MicroStation, Inroads, GeoPak, Open Roads, AutoCAD Civil 3d, Microsoft Excel, GIS, HEC-RAS, HEC-MS, HY8, FlowMaster, Pond Pack, CulvertMaster, ICPR and StormCAD to assist with the design and preparation of construction plans. Work efficiently both independently, with little supervision, and collaboratively in a team setting Complete a wide range of tasks in both office and field . Position Overview:This position is offered to a talented and highly motivated individual who specializes in Structural Design. Must be a synergistic team player and an invaluable resource for Equagen engineers, designers, and clients. We aspire to provide a challenging and inspiring work environment for such a candidate in a position that will require detailed, project-specific designs. The purpose of this role is to provide structural framing and foundation designs for building and ancillary structures.
