The Fuels Technician is responsible for hands on duties related to the project Scope of Work (SOW) and duties assigned to by the Project manager. This position is based in San Diego, CA. Requires travel 75% - 100% along CONUS - South Pacific. Responsibilities Responsible for hands on duties related to the project Scope of Work (SOW) and duties assigned to by the Project manager. Responsible for supporting minor fuel system repairs, periodic inspections as required on a quarterly, monthly, semi-annually or annual basis based on project requirements. Fuels Technician will be required to travel to project sites for job duties for the performance of the project. This type of travel will require the candidate to travel by rental and company vehicles as well as commercial aircraft. It is estimated that the Liquid Fuels Technician will travel from seventy-five (75) to on hundred (100) percent of the employment time on a job per job basis. Qualifications OSHA certification preferred. As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background check results. Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to maneuver around work sites, see, hear, and verbally communicate with co-workers and clients.
