Job Duties Achieve or exceed sales target and KPIs for OEM sales in assigned territory. Treat the territory as a business by creating and executing a territory plan to effectively achieve goals. Develop and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with existing OEM customers. Function as the technical and commercial resource for customers and liaise with Olympus Tokyo. Generate, qualify and manage all sales leads and opportunities to grow OEM customers and sales. Operate with the highest ethical standard during every customer interaction and in alignment with Olympus philosophies and leadership principles. Develop advanced proficiency with CRM and internal business-related software. Travel for customer meetings, demonstrations and trade shows. Demonstrate proficiency in Olympus microscope components available for OEM purchase and working knowledge of the Olympus Scientific Solutions product lines. Job Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3-5 years in sales, product marketing, or engineering; microscopy or optics industry preferred. This position Frequently lift/carry 25 lbs; Frequently push/pull 50 lbs; Microscope/fine close work 8 hrs a day; Vision requirements correctable to 20/20 vision.
