Plan to lead a handful of investigations per year.• Establish, oversee, and influence a network of Problem-Solving experts, engineers and black belts, with a focus on root cause and risk analysis, within subsets of the organization, ensuring expert-level capability is developed through a rigorous process that includes training, practice, feedback, and opportunities to demonstrate expertise. Within this network of experts, create a network of Trainers through a "Train the trainer" model, to facilitate and lead problem-solving trainings locally on-sites.• Establish a governance process for reviewing problem solving documents, such as RCA, ensuring documentation is thoroughly completed, evaluated for robustness, and aligns with compliance requirements for documentation based on EHS, QMS, and NPI policies. • Lead the RCA review board after establishing it.• Establish, lead, & influence a team tasked with designing, reviewing, revising, delivering, and evaluating program materials, resources, and solutions for fundamental tools, job procedures and operating processes for Root Cause and corrective action, consulting with internal stakeholders to develop contextualized plans for sites to execute and adhere to. • Establish, monitor, key metrics to track progress towards goals, and success of the program.• Establish and maintain budget in relation to the implementation and continuous improvement of the program.Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business or another relevant field.• PMP Certification strongly preferred.• > 10 years of industrial experience with operations, root cause investigations, problem solving, system creation and training• Lean Six Sigma Certification, preferably Black Belt or Master Black Belt• Comfortable operating in a matrix organization and delivering through others as part of a shared vision.• Must be comfortable presenting and facilitating training courses to small and large audiences at all levels of the organization.• Must be comfortable in 'Gray spaces' - taking a loosely defined concept or gap and proposing a defined & actionable solution.• Excellent soft-skills preferred - adaptability, emotional intelligence, perseverance, active listening, mindfulness, effective mentoring, consulting, and coaching skills. .
