Manager of Financial Reporting This position is responsible for managing and monitoring various finance and administrative functions for the Department of Facilities Management. This includes preparing and monitoring budgets, use of QuickBooks, financial reconciliations, financial reporting audit preparation, scope and oversight developing recommendations to management for any deficiencies, journal entry preparation, and tax reporting. Will assist with the work in process account, process job charges, prepare and distribute all interdepartmental charges (IDC’s).
