Job SummaryThe Dialysis Nurse Provides dialysis and apheresis care to patients age newborn through 18 years.Assess age specific patient needs in the hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, acute dialysis, and apheresis programs.Plans, organizes, performs, and evaluates nursing activities that meet those needs.Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.Implements and monitors patient care plans.
