Marketing Specialist- College of Liberal Arts and Sciences The Marketing Specialist will play a key role on the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences Marketing and Communications team (CLAS MarCom) by leveraging best practices and modern technologies to help grow enrollments for specific CLAS programs. This position will focus 50% of their effort on marketing activities for programs in the School of Social Work, and 50% focused on other programs as assigned, within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Responsibilities: Drive growth of CLAS programs through the delivery of strategic marketing services with a focus on professional, online, and nondegree offerings. Engage and collaborate with program faculty and staff to clearly identify goals and develop marketing plans in pursuit of those objectives. Collaborate with CLAS MarCom and vendor partners as needed to plan, carry out, and assess the performance of program marketing efforts including email marketing, digital campaigns, and inbound marketing tactics. Develop other marketing materials (web copywriting, advertisements, content, and collateral) as required. Utilize various digital platforms including Hubspot Marketing Hub, Dispatch email client, SiteNow v3 (Drupal 9) CMS, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and other modern marketing technologies, in the execution of marketing campaigns and projects. Utilize appropriate and relevant channel metrics and key performance indicators to assess and optimize marketing activities. Collaborate with CLAS Admissions team on undergraduate recruitment marketing projects. Hire, train, and supervise student employees to assist in these activities.
