Job Summary The Lead Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for administering our EBS environment (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable). This position will be responsible for creating new and modifying existing complex allocations ensuring data integrity, research, database and financial report troubleshooting. This position is responsible for owning tools (EBS, GL wand) and the patching, testing, upgrades, and training for those tools. Participate in the analysis, recommendations, testing, and implementation of OT systems and processes.Job Responsibilities:Participates and leads in the planning and design of OT technical solutions including research, running proof-of-concepts and evaluating RFP/RFI submissions.Provides architecture and design support for OT systems, including applications, servers, workstations, networking equipment and/or other applicable systems.Participates and leads in medium to high complexity team level projects impacting OT systems and security. Stays informed of progress on company, department, and team level projects impacting OT systems.Responsible for advanced phases of OT systems administration including policy management, installation, asset hardening, patching, testing, debugging and documentation.Leads process improvement and automation efforts at the team level. Works with direct supervisor on annual process improvement and automation targets.Identifies, plans, implements, documents, and follows requirements for Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), North American Electric Reliability Corporation Critical Infrastructure Protection (NERC CIP) regulations and other applicable regulations, reference architectures and security frameworks.Develops procedures and drives processes based on technology standards, controls and reference architectures for cybersecurity system protection.Performs work processes which follow security policies. Prepares and maintains operational documentation.
