Capital budgets for building and equipment will be prepared and submitted for final approval in accordance with Company policy Division directives. • Responsible for the planning and implementation of cost reduction programs, waste reduction, quality improvement, and productivity improvement programs. As required, these will be coordinated within the plant, Division R&D, Division Q.A., and other plant locations as appropriate. • Constant evaluation of manufacturing systems, methods, procedures and controls is required and changes implemented on a timely basis. • Drive understanding and use of new technologies geared to improving product quality or manufacturing efficiencies. • Ensure the facility meets all regulatory agency requirements on the local, state and federal level. All compliance programs will be coordinated with Division and Corporate as deemed necessary to ensure proper direction and adherence to Company policies and procedures.
