Position Summary The Facilities Project Manager maintains and oversees an organization's grounds, buildings and equipment include negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates. This person would be responsible for overseeing a facility support contract totaling $6M over 5 years. The facility is at the National Law Enforcement Communication Center in Orlando, FL. The embedded facility team consists of three full time employees responsible for the day to day activity with a supplemental tri-hat assisting with any resultant repair type construction projects.
