Replace lamps, light fixtures, reinstall or replace signage, verify rooms are clean and clear of obstructions and debris• Check for properly operating emergency exit signs and lights and ensure free and clear access to emergency stairs and exits. Research and use proven methods for troubleshooting and repair in the areas of plumbing and fixtures, electrical, carpentry, lighting, mechanical, pool systems, irrigation, walls and floors finishes, etc. Demonstrate troubleshooting process for other technicians. Train other Maintenance Technicians to develop these systems and overview them for other sites. Coordinate projects involving multiple technicians and outside contractors. Utilize Building Automation System (StruxureWare) to ensure proper operations of building systems. Troubleshoot known issues and communicate them with District Engineer. Respond to daily maintenance needs of other departments as requested in maintenance work order request software (FacilityDude). Complete work order forms to ensure adequate communication.
