In this role, you will oversee End Point Solutions, Operation Engineering and Shared Business Services. End Point Solutions includes Desktop Support, Event Support, Service Management, End Point User Experience Monitoring. Operations Engineering ensures continuous operations with delivery, installation, monitoring and preventive maintenance for systems we support in the Ninth District. Shared Business Services includes the coordination of strategic business activities and administrative services. As the AVP, you’ll drive adoption of best practices while creating a culture of innovation, quality and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for establishing IT goals, strategy and priorities and adjusting direction as needed to respond to Bank programs, Federal Reserve System (System) direction, and industry changes. In addition, you’ll be an active member of the Bank’s leadership team, and advise on Bank-wide policies, procedures and the work environment.
