In this role, you will oversee End Point Solutions, Operation Engineering and Shared Business Services. End Point Solutions includes Desktop Support, Event Support, Service Management, End Point User Experience Monitoring. Operations Engineering ensures continuous operations with delivery, installation, monitoring and preventive maintenance for systems we support in the Ninth District. Shared Business Services includes the coordination of strategic business activities and administrative services. As the AVP, you’ll drive adoption of best practices while creating a culture of innovation, quality and continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for establishing IT goals, strategy and priorities and adjusting direction as needed to respond to Bank programs, Federal Reserve System (System) direction, and industry changes. In addition, you’ll be an active member of the Bank’s leadership team, and advise on Bank-wide policies, procedures and the work environment. Central to this role is achievement of the Bank’s key strategic efforts to deliver operational excellence and thought leadership for the Federal Reserve System and for the public, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture, and working effectively across departments in the organization with an emphasis on collaboration and consensus building.Responsibilities: Lead all local endpoint support for all things user technology based including new hires, hardware refresh, unique software install/removal.  Provide physical and virtual planning and day-of support for all collaboration efforts, including strategic direction and maintenance.    Lead service management functions including change, configuration and asset management services for the district and manage the Minneapolis services in ServiceNow, Service Catalog.  Provide end point user experience monitoring across the FRS system.  Recruit, hire, retain and grow talent in the organization.  Build a team of customer focused engineers who use technology to enable and grow our business.
