Work with senior management to define and execute plan for outreach to end users to pull sales through the existing dealer network. Managing our buying groups day to day business. Participating in regional and national buying group events Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and at least 5-7 years of experience in residential audio-visual industry.Desired Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication are mandatory. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport. Proficiency in industry technology, including current control systems. Strong organizational skills to manage independent rep force.
