This company is currently hiring a Superintendent with finishing and interiors experience to lead the construction team in the successful completion of all assigned projects for a Class A residential property in Richmond Hill. Multifamily construction experience is required. Your new roleThe Lead Superintendent manages the daily operations and tactical aspects of construction, overseeing jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, and constructability of the project. . The Lead Superintendent manages the daily operations and tactical aspects of construction, overseeing jobsite safety, quality, scheduling, and constructability of the project. Provide direction to subcontractors and vendors onsite and resolve problems as needed.Identify constructability issues, design deficiencies, code violations, etc. and escalate accordingly.Assist project team in project start-up, including but not limited to obtaining permits and jobsite mobilization.Assist with setting up jobsite logistics, field coordination, and project schedule. Assist with scheduling all trades and maintaining schedule. Attend subcontractor and safety meetings; lead meetings when necessary.
