Job Description: Manage customers' service work orders from start to finish.Lead customer communication to maintain positive relationships with customers.Create new client accounts and document all details for work orders.Determine materials needed for each and order as needed.Answering questions regarding warranty coverage and processing replacement orders.Schedule crew members for service and warranty work orders to ensure problems are resolved in a timely manner.Manage and monitor project scopes, budgets, and timelines.Collaborate with customers to ensure consistency in project and service quality.Manage status update reporting (Oracle, Smartsheet, Sales Force & customer portals).Requirements:1+ years of service coordinating experience (experience with scheduling Technicians, invoicing, handling work orders, and 3rd party communication) - requiredExperience communicating with vendors and customers.Lighting, Electrical, and LED project management or technical knowledge is a plus (industrial, retail, etc.)Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Excellent interpersonal skills, written/verbal communication.Accommodating, flexible, and able to respond to last minute requests.Experience communicating with vendors and customers.Ability to multitask, transition and keep multiple projects/tasks separated and organized.Additional Info: Pay range: $55,000 to $65,000 (depending on the number of years of experience)Schedule: M-F, flexible hours (average employee works 8-5, but you can work any schedule you'd like as long as you hit the 40 hours/week)Location: In office in Plymouth, MNType: Direct Hire with full benefitsAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
