Who you are: This key leadership position is responsible for overseeing and directing all financial and human resources functions, ensuring financial health and operational effectiveness. This role provides strategic financial leadership, drives HR initiatives, and contributes to the overall growth and development of our client. What will you be doing:Develop and execute financial strategies, budgets, and plans to ensure the Council's financial sustainability. Oversee all financial operations. Complete taxes and audits annually. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting requirements. Prepare financial materials for the CEO/President, as well as for regular meetings of the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors. These materials include related resolutions, financial reports, and summary of reports. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
