The Director of Resident Care provides strategic leadership for resident care and medication program in the community by managing, directing and monitoring subordinate nurses, the resident care team and resident medication aides, either directly or indirectly, as applicable by State law, to promote the health and wellness of the resident population. Leadership Directs and leads the resident care and medication programs. Assists the Business office manager in the completion of new hire paperwork, monitoring time sheets, and performing evaluations per company policy.
