This is a fantastic opportunity to join a premier builder to work on a significant, high-profile project in Redmond and to become a part of the team for the Mid-West.Your new role Lead the Project Management process on a $120m Ground up Multifamily Apartment project in Redmond, WADevelop and strengthen the client relationshipSupport the preconstruction process from concept through to completionManage the overall budget and bidding processNegotiate, award, write & negotiate contractsWork in partnership with the Lead Superintendent to ensure the project stays within budgetCoordinate all the close-out activitiesWhat you'll need to succeed This position requires at least 10 -15 years of solid construction experience with recent Ground up Multifamily project experience.
