QUALIFICATIONS A. Specialized or Technical Knowledge and Skills: This position must be thorough knowledgeable at configuring/installing personal computer systems and peripherals and managing system vulnerability remediation. Being well-versed in the area of data backup and archival is also a must. In order to do so the following are required: 1) A Technical or Associates degree and two years’ experience or proven equivalent. 2) A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications are a plus. 3) Patch management experience. 4) Hardware and OS experience: Microsoft, Cisco switches and routers, network printers, MS Exchange/MS Outlook, and Microsoft Server. 5) Strong time management skills in technical environments and project management. 6) Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
