Job DescriptionThe Implementation Specialist is responsible for delivering on our commitments to customers so that we reach our goals of 5M MAUs and 100,000 annual job placements. This role provides support from pre-sales through the entirety of the contract, and works cross-functionally, to support and leverage resources from across the organization to meet client needs. This role is part of the Operations Team and collaborates with the Employer Partnership and User Acquisition teams to oversee the onboarding of new clients, the delivery of outlined services, and helping to develop quality standards and practices that ensure the team is providing clients with exceptional service, as well as timely, consistent, and accurate product access.
