You will also assist with business development opportunities, including supporting proposals and developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include: Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, planners, and scientists on projects that include coastal engineering, hydrology and hydraulics, flood risk management, and design. Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to determine project scope, budget, and timeline, resulting in the successful execution and delivery of projects. Developing project plans and managing resources to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects Overseeing the technical aspects of projects and providing guidance to junior engineers and staff Traveling (up to 20%) for project site visits, client meetings, safety audits, general planning purposes or to oversee construction activities, depending on project staffing needs.
