Ardurra seeks an experienced CAD Technician to join our team. Primary Function: Candidate would use CAD equipment/software to provide support to engineers by setting up CADD projects for process mechanical exhibits for reports and design drawings for construction. Specific drawing types would include routine process instrumentation diagrams, hydraulic profiles, mechanical room plans, equipment layouts, mechanical sections, piping plans and sections, isometric drawings, and standard details. Responsible for CADD projects, plotting, quality control, and checking complete sets of drawings. Make required modifications to drawings on any project. Candidates should have a solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology and construction drawings. Candidate should possess water process mechanical aptitude with ability to complete basic mathematical calculations. Technical capacity and ability to visualize civil, structural, and mechanical elements in 2-D and 3-D viewpoints and capable of designing / drafting in 2-D software and 3-D modeling in Revit or similar software.
