Works with engineering directly on engineering changes and component obsolescence.Participate in design reviews, manufacturing process reviews, supplier quality reviews and audits, first article inspection, failure analysis and other tasks, as assignedREQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree Required5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace/defense highly preferred)Ability to obtain a secret security clearance or already have a clearanceUS Citizenship, per customer requirementsAbility to travel at least 5% of timeStrong mechanical aptitude as well as knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies and schematicsEDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field required
