The Digital Service Engineer plays a key role in our building analytics offer, the Building Advisor team. This role involves configuring diagnostics for building automation systems, reviewing results from the underlying analytics, and working with customers to resolve deficiencies that have been identified. The Digital Service Engineering Center helps customers to have high-performing buildings and supports a national group of branches and partners who perform complementary on-site services. Implement a remote connectivity platform. Implement Schneider Electric analytics platforms remotely on customer systems. Analyze analytics platform results and make recommendations to repair and optimize customer HVAC and BMS systems. Prioritize analytics findings based on comfort, maintenance concerns, and energy waste. Prepare and deliver reports to customers with recommendations to address system issues. Perform condition-based maintenance monitoring and support. Hold meetings with branches, partners, and customers to advise the best course of action. Become a subject matter expert on the analytics platform. Train end users on analytics platform use. Other duties as assigned. What qualifications will make you successful? Four-year degree in an engineering discipline or computer science, or equivalent related work experience. Minimum of 1+ years of experience. Understanding of building systems and energy use.
