Respond to system outages, resolve problems within the time specified in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and record all progress in ISS Service Management Ticket (SMTs). Independently perform Global Operations missions to include site surveys, installations, site de-installations, and provide a Gov't customer report deliverable upon completion of each event. Configure Field Data Units (FDUs) with a baseline that includes a Windows operating system, RFID applications, Remote Desktop Management software, security policies, and patches. Ensure Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) assets are physically secure and accounted for, as well as being accurately documented in the ISS database.
