The candidate will execute SEF processes to support the operational tempo (OpTemp) required to implement the Ground Test Concept of Operations (CONOPS) for both Sprint and Campaign level ground test events. The candidate will be responsible for aiding development of ground test requirements, test concepts, test objectives, and test requirements allocation.ngineering Test Requirements (DE/SEF) directorate and will be responsible for the following:Aid execution of complete product definitions, integrated timelines, and authority/responsibility definitionsAssist Phased Implementation Plan (PIP) increment coordination with MDA System Assessment and other stakeholders to execute test requirements and test objectives definitionDevelop and implement GT CONOPS governance processes to ensure timelines and process/product quality are metDevelop executive level briefingsPropose and document techniques for improving implementation and execution of GT event supportCoordinate and participate in technical meetingsGenerate ground test products as defined in the GT CONOPSInterface and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and verify correct capture of test requirements for inclusion in MDA test documentationIdentify, track, and assist in resolution of actions and watch items resulting from the test requirements coordination processIdentify needs of internal and external customers and address their concernsQualifications:Bachelors Degree with 3+ yeard of related experienceActive Secret ClearanceProficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
