The role (title): Oracle ERP Analyst, LeadSlalom Finance Technology team is seeking an Oracle ERP Analyst who will be responsible for the design, configuration and testing of solutions in Oracle Cloud Financials. The person in this role will develop a strong working relationship with the FinTech teams as well as the Finance & Accounting teams. The successful candidate will have a natural enthusiasm and passion for providing creative solutions, excellent analysis skills, a love of troubleshooting and a proven track record for successful delivery. They will have the ability to work in a strong team-oriented environment and a background working with Finance teams, including a strong understanding of Finance terminology and concepts. The FinTech team primarily works remotely, using online collaboration tools to work together and stay connected. What You'll Do:Provide technical configuration support for Oracle Cloud ERP. Act as a Subject Matter Expert regarding Oracle ERP Configuration including training other team members, creating documentation, and educating end users about Oracle capabilities. Assist with impact assessment, analysis, and regression testing for Quarterly releases. Perform proof of concept, validation, testing and UAT for new features to adopted in each quarterly release.Manage configuration requests from a variety of stakeholders including gathering requirements, completing configurations, testing, and deployment. Lead, coach, and manage small team of configurators. Collaborate with business and product managers to gather application and technical requirements, create detailed process flows, security setups, testing/training documents.Educate end users on Oracle capabilities including contributing towards internal documentation of Oracle Financials. Application Engineer, HVAC Controls

POSITION SUMMARY The Application Engineer, HVAC Controls provides pre-sales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process focused around chilled water systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in Chilled Water Systems and Operation, Control Theory, Advanced HVAC Controls and BMS or BAS protocols. The Application Engineer provides technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process and identifies additional sales opportunities with existing customers. The Application Engineer collaborates with sales teams to develop and recommend products and services to meet customers requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in developing clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or RFP's, ensuring proper scope and required technical specifications are met. Perform equipment selections and technical calculations to meet requirements of complete chilled water system applications specifically for the electrical and control system. Full understanding of controls theory and operation of the iCOM-S CW Manager Apply Quote Configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support. Assist in the review of custom thermal management service & solution orders and provide technical instruction throughout the order workflow. Review order entry requests and assign work tickets to the correct service competency. Provide monthly updates on quote requests, turnaround times, closure rates for requests. Provide leadership in the area of Chilled Water Equipment, HVAC controls and BMS integration to Vertiv thermal management equipment. Participate in new product development projects. Use engineering tools such as Oracle CPQ and legacy systems (Partnerweb, LRS, SMS, LES) to develop sales proposals in support to the Cooling business for Vertiv representatives. Review project specifications, drawings, RFPs and SOO to determine best solutions for customer critical space needs. Create and develop electrical and control submittals, schematics, SOO (sequence of operations), MOPs (method of procedure) and any other technical information required by the customer. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years Commercial or relevant Industrial experience. Experience in Chilled Water Systems and Operation, Control Theory and advanced HVAC controls and BMS protocols. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented. Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of commercial infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements. Ability to read and interpret schematics and one-line diagrams. Excellent problem-solving skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in technical scope review and formal proposal development. Knowledge of ASHRAE, Data Center guidelines and Up time Institute regulations and best practices. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure design objectives, performance factors, and physical requirements. EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Mechanical, Electrical or Controls Engineering preferred.
