Identify tax planning strategies that will enable EnPro to maximize the FDII deduction while minimizing the GILTI impact Research the latest regulations as it pertains to changing refinement of the TCJA legislation. Optimize the foreign tax credit utilization in an effort to reduce the U.S. cash tax liability. Model the impact of tax reform items in real time for strategic acquisitions and dispositions. Stay abreast of all Pillar 2 developments by country. Leadership and teamwork Lead, mentor, and develop the international section of the US income tax group. Coordinate and consult with tax leadership and other functional areas within EnPro. Direct external tax advisors on a project-by-project basis. Tax Return Compliance Manage the accurate reporting of the international aspects of the Federal income tax return.
