Candidates will have to work on EST hours.One of our clients in Norfolk, Virginia is looking for a QNXT Benefits Configuration Analyst with the following skills and experience:MUST HAVE : FL Medicaid experience.Required Skills and Experience:QNXT Benefit Configuration background and management exp specific to QNXT Benefit Configuration-(Front End )Experience with QNXT migration or implementationsActual exp designing benefits.May have started as an Analyst and moved into management.Exp with Commercial Benefit ConfigurationExperience managing/leading a team (hiring, turnover, being an escalation point)Exp leading over effort (looking at things high level, attending meetings, making schedules, management reports, etcEnd to End Claims processing Knowledge.Good experience with SQL Queries Management of people and dealing with escalation and turn over.Leads over the efforts; Manager role, would look at things high level and attending meetings, pay attention to schedule.Work with resources is they have questions with stuff.Ensure in testing phase, things going well, putting together management reports. Management, coordination, good working with other people.
