What You’ll Be doing: + Develop and maintain regression model to support weather normalization short term load and peak forecasting, and peak event analysis. + Provide technical and commercial coordination with outside consultants for resource adequacy and load forecasting services, including contract management. + Provide technical recommendations for analytical techniques, standards, and specific projections needed to support AECI’s load forecasting requirements and planning reserve capacity targets to ensure adequate reliability. + Participate in EPRI and SERC teams considering the techniques used in resource adequacy studies and analysis. What You’ll Need: + Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering field; or equivalent work or military experience. + Progressive experience conducting and directing data analysis, technical writing, and presentation of study results and industry updates to various levels of leadership. + Experience managing large data sets and ability to perform statistical analysis including multivariate regression. + Ability to forge strong relationships with counterparties and across the company with the desire to take ownership of areas of responsibility. + Contribute and work well with leadership and in team environments with a desire to help others succeed, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills.
