Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents, with an emphasis on contract and grant agreements. Experience with administrative support on activities, such as invoice review and processing, meeting support, and minutes taking. Experience conducting legal and factual research on the Internet and in other legal resources. Experience with MS Office, Word, Excel, and SharePoint and any other relevant technology. Written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant legal experience working on nonprofit legal issues, including state charitable registration compliance filings and planned giving matters.
