Store Accountant Salary in New York, NY

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a rapidly growing retailer in NYC, is currently seeking a Property Accountant.Property Accountant Responsibilities: Reconciling lease schedules Working with ROU assets Assisting with month end close Reviewing & booking entries for retail stores Working on P&L'sREQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 5 years as a Property Accountant Understanding of 842 accounting guidance - comfortable working within it & implementing it Software knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's) and JDE The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
