Responsibilities: Coordinate, track, monitor and facilitate Real Property Field Services efforts to acquire land rights and permits on New Transmission Line Projects, Transmission Line Rebuild Projects, Transmission Substation Projects and Communication (Radio and Fiber) Projects. Coordinate, track, monitor and facilitate the Real Property Services activities including support from Geospatial Services, Survey and Mapping, Real Property Field Services and the Realty Support Services group. Overview: ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. This Project Manager role will oversee intricate and high-value projects related to transmission lines. This position will work closely with Real Property Services to secure the necessary land for these projects, ensuring their successful completion. This full-time position is located in Portland, OR.
