Engineering degree or technical degree in a relevant field preferred 10 years' field experience in construction management, Project Management or other related industry experience. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Experience in utility scale solar project management preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English). Experience communicating in high stakes scenarios with external stakeholders, preparing necessary testimony for hearings, and developing and delivering strategic communications to management. Have a thorough understanding of contract risks and mitigation strategies Obtain expert knowledge and understanding of Corporate Terms and Conditions. Hold advanced knowledge of Project Controls tools and processes and earned value management methodology. Hold a thorough understanding of managed technology. Have a knowledge of all business unit core products. Must have in-depth knowledge of B&W network, operating principles, procedures, and policies. Strong focus on safety.
